Justy - Your Smart Personal Assistant
Meet Justy - a smart personal assistant available 24/7 on every screen in the system, with no need to open a separate report or dig through menus. Just ask in plain language - "Who didn't clock out this week?" or "How many hours did Danny work this month?" - and Justy searches the database itself and returns a clear answer, including tables when needed.

Automatic Daily Summary - Straight to Your Inbox
Every morning, at a time you choose (default 07:00), Justy emails managers a detailed summary of the previous day: how many employees were present, how many hours each worked, who was late, who didn't show up, and who is missing a clock-out. No need to log into the system to find out what happened yesterday.

Real-Time Smart Alerts
The internal alert engine continuously scans the data and notifies the manager the moment something deviates from the norm: an employee who didn't show up and didn't report leave, a clock-in without a clock-out, a long shift without a break, or a leave request waiting too long for approval.

Fake Location Detection (Mock GPS)
An extra security layer added on top of standard GPS verification: at the moment of clocking in, the system checks the device for signs of location spoofing (for example, an active "fake GPS" app), and alerts the manager for manual review - without blocking the employee from clocking in.
- A silent check that doesn't disrupt the employee's clock-in flow

Selfie Verification at Clock-In
When enabled, the employee takes a quick selfie at every clock-in. The photo is saved to the timesheet for manual review by the manager only - no automatic face matching, and no impact on employee privacy.
