The internet today serves as the largest repository of free information for all users. At Just-In, we place great importance on providing equal service to all our customers and users, and we invest significant effort and resources in making our website and system accessible, so that they are available, convenient, and user-friendly for people with disabilities as well.
1. Accessibility level
This website and the system connected to it comply with the requirements of the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments), 2013 (Israel). Accessibility adjustments were made in accordance with the recommendations of Israeli Standard 5568 for web content accessibility at level AA and the international WCAG 2.1 document.
The accessibility check was performed as an internal review by the development team, against the guidelines of Israeli Standard 5568 and WCAG. Date of the last comprehensive check/review: August 15, 2026. We recommend also conducting a professional accessibility audit by an external certified accessibility auditor from time to time, in order to obtain formal accessibility certification.
2. How was the website and system made accessible?
To ensure a convenient and accessible browsing experience, we implemented the following measures:
- Keyboard navigation: The site is adapted for browsing using a keyboard only. You can navigate between the various elements using the Tab key, and activate them using the Enter key.
- Screen reader compatibility: The system was written semantically (HTML5) and includes ARIA tags where needed, to support screen-reading software (such as NVDA and JAWS) in reading out the content and actions.
- Color contrast: The site's design was checked to ensure a proper contrast ratio between text colors and background colors, for the benefit of visually impaired users.
- Alternative text for images (Alt Text): All meaningful images on the site include alternative text describing their content.
- Responsiveness and text enlargement: The site is adapted to screens of various sizes (mobile, tablet, computer) and supports text enlargement via standard browser features (Ctrl + or Cmd +) without impairing readability or functionality.
- Avoidance of disruptive animations: The system does not contain rapidly flashing elements that could trigger seizures, and long animations can be disabled or run gently.
3. Accessibility limitations
We make every effort to make all pages, components, and screens in the system accessible. However, specific pages or components may be found that have not yet been fully made accessible, or for which the technology has not yet been perfectly adapted. We continue our efforts to improve the system's accessibility as part of our commitment to enable its use by the entire population.
4. Physical premises accessibility arrangements
Just-In provides a digital service only, via the internet and the app (SaaS), and does not receive visitors at physical offices. Therefore, this statement is not relevant to physical accessibility arrangements in buildings.
5. Inquiries and reporting accessibility issues
If, while browsing the site or using the system, you encountered an accessibility issue, or if you have a comment, request, or suggestion for improvement - we would be very happy to hear from you so that we can address the issue as quickly as possible.
Accessibility inquiries are handled by the company's accessibility coordinator, and you can contact us in the following way:
- Accessibility coordinator email: info@logicode.biz
* When contacting us about accessibility, please describe the issue, which device and browser you were using, and provide the URL of the page where you encountered the problem. We aim to respond to every accessibility inquiry within a reasonable time.
